Small-batch distillery, Central Eastside, Portland
Our copper pot still, SE Water Avenue
Distilled on site, in a copper pot still
We make gin and whiskey the slow way, in one building on SE Water Avenue, then pour it a few steps from where it's made.

The Copper Still
We set up a still in Portland's Central Eastside because we wanted to taste every batch ourselves. Distilled on site, cut by hand, and poured for neighbors before it ever reaches a shelf.

Why drink with us
Built on craft, proven by gold
Four things we don't compromise on, batch after batch.
Double Gold winner
Our spirits took Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2024.
Distilled on site
Every bottle starts and finishes in our copper pot still on SE Water Avenue — nothing trucked in, nothing outsourced.
Small batch by hand
We cut and blend in batches small enough to taste and adjust ourselves, not run on autopilot.
Open bar, open doors
Tastings, tours and cocktails happen in the same room as the still, so you can see what you're drinking.
